My 73 year old mother recently purchased the ATS to fix some issues in her laptop. She was given a phone number to call with a "key code" thing.

Neither she, nor I have been able to get anyone to answer on the chat or phone numbers she was given. Is this a scam or has the company shut down for good? We need answers fast!!

If this is a scam, what can we do to have the money she paid returned to her? If the company has shut down for good, then will her money be returned or is she just SOL?

Reason of review: no one is answering chat or phone calls.

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

They are shut down for the time being, possibility that they will reopen maybe, the day that they reopen call and get your mothers computer fixed... and at this point it will get fixed!

If not get a refund. It was not a scam.

There was real techs in the company that did fix computers on a daily basis. Hang tight if the computer is in really bad shape take it to the store!
