Advanced Tech Support - 73 YEAR OLD MOTHER RECENTLY PAID FOR ATS AND HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET AHOLD OF ANYONE!!!
My 73 year old mother recently purchased the ATS to fix some issues in her laptop.She was given a phone number to call with a "key code" thing.
Neither she, nor I have been able to get anyone to answer on the chat or phone numbers she was given. Is this a scam or has the company shut down for good? We need answers fast!!
If this is a scam, what can we do to have the money she paid returned to her?If the company has shut down for good, then will her money be returned or is she just SOL?
